GrowthByDesign comprises two prominent experienced financial services executives – perhaps the wealth management industry’s most credentialled strategist, John Sullivan, and one of Australia’s leading asset management marketing and product design executives, Jacqui Sullivan.
John

John has most recently spent 10 years as part of Macquarie’s Virtual Adviser Network, recognised as the industry’s leading example of a peer-to-peer learning co-operative. John was the architect of much of VAN’s agenda and market proposition and drove the development of much of VAN’s content and IP.
Prior to joining Macquarie, John worked with several global management consulting firms, focused predominantly on aspects of the wealth management industry on extensive engagements in Australia, as well as US, UK, South Africa, New Zealand, Japan, China, Singapore, Philippines and many other markets.
Professionally, John began as a lawyer, working as Senior Legal Counsel at AMP after stints at Mallesons Stephen Jacques (as it then was) and Phillips Fox. John has an MBA from Columbia University (recognised as one of the best programs in the world), as well as Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws. John’s background is a unique combination of:

Jacqui is an experienced global funds management executive with specialist expertise in strategy, product, sales and marketing both in Australia and offshore. Jacqui’s executive roles culminated with 7 years as Managing Director, Global Distribution for AMP Capital Investors.
Jacqui has developed and managed a comprehensive product range, spanning single and multi-manager; public and private asset classes; listed and unlisted investment vehicles; retail, wholesale and institutional investors. Jacqui is currently engaged in advisory roles and serves as a non-executive director for ASX listed companies.
Jacqui’s qualifications include MBA, BSc, Grad Dip (App Fin) and is a FAICD.
